**Responsibilities**:

- Under the supervision of senior architects and draughtsmen, assist in creating architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Sketchup and other drafting software..
- Capacity to fulfil deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design drawings.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and project reports.
- Work together with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure that all project requirements are fulfilled.
- Do research on building codes, materials, and industry trends to improve the process of design and drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software are mandatory.
- Min 1 year experience
