**Responsibilities and duties**
- Interactions with outside visitors and business associates.
- Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure good housekeeping and a well-stocked office.
- Maintain data bases and files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
- Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations.
- Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.
- Make arrangements for travel, accommodation, and conference registrations for employees.
- Any other day to day duties assigned by the management.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent required.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred.
