We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at AYOO Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and personalised treatment plans for individuals of all age groups and families.

Moreover, as a key member of our team, you will offer invaluable insights to continually enhance our services, and help AYOO Care be the most customer-centric healthcare service provider. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and onboarding new staff, including psychologists and therapists. Your assistance is crucial in expanding our care team and providing them with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments within AYOO Care, fostering a holistic approach to client support. This may involve coordinating care with other mental and physical healthcare providers, facilitating seamless transitions and comprehensive treatment plans for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- MPhil in Clinical Psychology with subsequent 2-3 years of experience as a practitioner
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the patients and staff
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Professional proficiency in English and Hindi required. Conversational proficiency in Kannada highly desirable
- Experience in providing psychological assessments and treatment for patients with mental health issues
- Serve as a resource for staff in meeting the needs of clients
- RCI Licensed to practise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
