We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. In this role, proficiency in the following software is required: SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Lumion.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Develop design concepts and present them using SketchUp, creating 3D models and visualizations.

Utilize AutoCAD for accurate and detailed drafting of floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation.

Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings of interior spaces using V-Ray, demonstrating lighting, shading, and material selections.

Implement efficient and functional space planning techniques to optimize layouts, traffic flow, and furniture placement.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings that align with the design concept and meet the project requirements.

Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the design and construction process.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules to communicate design concepts and requirements.

Utilize Lumion to create immersive and interactive 3D visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in all design projects.

Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client feedback, addressing concerns, and incorporating their preferences into the design.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project files, correspondence, and approvals.

**Qualifications**:.

Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation.

Experience with V-Ray for creating photorealistic renderings and material visualizations.

Familiarity with Lumion for creating immersive and interactive 3D visualizations.

Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and project stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
