**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive political strategy tailored to the local demographics and political landscape of Burdi, Nagpur.
- **Voter Outreach**: Plan and oversee grassroots activities such as door-to-door canvassing, voter engagement events, and social media outreach.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor polling data, voter feedback, and local sentiment to adjust strategies as needed.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with the campaign team to ensure smooth execution of events, rallies, and promotional activities.
- **Media Management**: Assist in managing relationships with local media and ensure consistent media coverage.
- **Crisis Management**: Anticipate potential challenges or controversies and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in political campaigns or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the political landscape in Nagpur, especially the Burdi area.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with local voter behavior and campaign tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
