Job Description:

Xtend Technologies is looking for a full time Business Development Manager to be part of our Sales & Marketing team.

The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows:

- Identify leads & sales opportunities to develop business

- Channel Management (Distributor/Dealers) to improve productivity

- Build brand image in the market through promotional strategy

- Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned area.

- Team management to improve productivity and sales capabilities

- Develop excellent relationship with existing clients and ability to get new clients

- Meet with business targets on monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year

- Will be responsible for overall efficiency and performance of the sales team
