 Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and experienced Credit Manager to oversee the credit assessment and loan approval process for HL, LAP & MSME loans.
The Credit Manager will play a critical role in evaluating customer financials, mitigating risks, and ensuring portfolio quality while complying with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.  Key Responsibilities:·      Assess creditworthiness of potential customers based on financial statements, income documents, CIBIL reports.·      Evaluate loan applications and make informed recommendations or approvals within delegated authority.
Able to handle the big-ticket size (our ticket size is start from 50 L)·      Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans with strict adherence to company policies and compliance norms.·      Monitor loan portfolio performance, identify delinquent accounts, and initiate corrective actions.·      Coordinate with the sales and collections team for seamless operations.·      Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.·      Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor offerings to suggest improvements in credit policy.Key Requirements:·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).·      5–8 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in the loan/financial services sector HL, LAP & MSME.
·      Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, financial ratios, and regulatory norms (RBI, NBFC guidelines).
