The Wearable and Prosumer Solutions (WPS) group develops products for the Consumer business unit and is responsible for Prosumer and Hearable/Wearable Consumer end markets. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Marketing Manager to fulfill a strategic role within our team. The role will be responsible for formulating product strategy, championing new product development, and managing all business aspects of the WPS products within Asia. This person will be tasked with driving new opportunities, growing market share, and supporting customer design-ins for these portfolios and end markets. This will require close collaboration with applications engineers, product definers and development teams within and outside of WPS, as well as ADI Field personnel and customers. 

The main responsibilities include:

Ownership of a set of customers and audio and video products in the Asia region, assuming full responsibility for its success and performance Serving as the customer owner throughout the design cycle for assigned customers, ensuring business success Engage with global field personnel, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders Act as the primary interface with Sales, FAE, and customers, providing information on product roadmaps, pipeline, and system signal chains. Developing business cases for new products and systems and presenting them to senior management for successful launch Collaborating with the product and systems definition team to define product requirements based on customer and market needs Supporting field teams (Sales, FAEs, and Marketing) as required to generate opportunities and drive design-ins/wins Taking charge of pricing strategies for the key products in signal chains in region in coordination with WPS marketing organization and BUs. Contribute to market analyses, product definitions, value proposition assessments, competitor assessments, and roadmap development Contribute to Go to Market collateral to support marketing campaigns, programs and social media

Qualifications:

Strong self-motivation Developed strategic thinking 5+ years combined engineering and marketing experience A background in product or strategic marketing, including experience working with customers and colleagues in international environments. Audio / Video experience and affinity a plus Strong presentation skills Excellent oral and written communications skills BSEE, with MSEE or MBA preferred Up to 25% travel, some international, required
