Key Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategyCollaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, React, Angular).Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.Design banners, communications, newslettersSystems and report design layouts.Website and intranet redesign lead.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.Experience in web programming, Java Script, React/Angular.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics Comp Range - 7-9 LPA
