Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic individual who will play a dual role as Product Manager and Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to spearhead product strategy and drive successful market adoption.

Key Responsibilities-

Product Management:Define Product Vision & Strategy:

Align the product roadmap with the overall business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.Develop Features:

Oversee the ideation, design, and implementation of core features, including omnichannel integrations, AI/automation, and marketplace capabilities.Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.Customer Insights:

Conduct regular user research, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to prioritize development efforts.Metrics & KPIs:

Define and track success metrics such as user engagement, churn, and product adoption.

Go-to-Market Strategy:GTM Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for launching new features and services.Market Research:

Analyze target segments, TAM (Total Addressable Market), and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities.Demand Generation:

Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive leads, engagement, and conversions.Channel Enablement:

Work with sales and customer success teams to ensure effective onboarding, training, and enablement materials are in place.Partnership Development:

Identify and collaborate with key integration and distribution partners to expand market reach.

Key Qualifications-

Experience:5+ years in product management, with experience in SaaS platforms (preferably in service management, AI, or automation tools).Proven track record in developing GTM strategies and driving adoption for new products/features.

Skills:Strong technical understanding of SaaS and enterprise integrations (e.g., Slack, Teams).Expertise in AI, automation, and marketplace platforms is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Tableau for managing projects and marketing insights.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
