We are looking for a Social media executive. The person will be responsible for creating Original text & video content, managing posts & responding to followers. The incumbent will manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals. We expect you to be up-to-date with latest digital technologies and social media trends. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day management of campaigns and brand consistency.
- Understand brand sentiments, requirements, guidelines & TG.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Tracking online conversations, reviews & mentions related to the brand, explore influencers collaboration keeping the brand positioning in mind.
- Oversee mood boards that encapsulate the desired aesthetic, messaging & emotions.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Monthly brand communications- Email, WhatsApp, Newsletters.
- Monthly reports- Analyze social media metrics to track performance.
Work experience
1+ years (either in agency or in D2C Start up)
Competencies
- Have worked on digital-first consumer brand(s), and understand the marketing requirements in terms of platforms and formats.
- Should know how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
- Hands-on- experience in media promotions to drive strong social reach.
- Great with original ideas. Clarity of communicating those ideas.
- Having fun in the everyday mundane.
