Are You Ready to Build and Grow a YouTube Channel from Scratch?

Supersourcing is looking for a passionate YouTube Marketer to start a brand-new channel and grow it into a powerful tool for engagement and brand visibility. We need someone who knows what works on YouTube, what doesn’t, and has the drive to experiment with bold ideas and innovative strategies to achieve growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Channel Creation and Strategy: Take full ownership of creating a new YouTube channel, defining its direction, target audience, and content approach.- Growth and Experimentation: Develop and implement growth strategies that drive views, subscribers, and engagement. Be willing to experiment with content, formats, and ideas to identify what resonates.- Content Optimization: Optimize every aspect of the videos — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags — to enhance visibility and reach.- Data-Driven Insights: Use YouTube Analytics to understand what works and pivot strategies based on data to drive growth consistently.- Audience Engagement: Build a community by engaging with viewers, encouraging interactions, and creating content that sparks discussions.- YouTube SEO Expertise: Stay up-to-date with YouTube’s algorithm changes, apply SEO best practices, and adapt content to keep the channel growing and ranking high.- Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Bring a mindset of constant improvement, testing new trends and strategies to keep the channel dynamic and fresh.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 2+ years in YouTube marketing with a proven track record of creating or growing channels from scratch.2. Passion for YouTube: In-depth knowledge of the platform, trends, and best practices; a willingness to experiment and try new growth tactics.3. Creative and Analytical: Able to think creatively for content ideas and analytically to adjust strategies based on data insights.4. Technical Skills: Proficient in using YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar tools for optimization and insights.5. Self-Motivated and Proactive: Driven to take ownership of the channel and see it grow, with the initiative to take bold actions for maximum impact.
