The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining complete BI solutions to support data-driven business insights.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement ETL workflows using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards .Create and optimize OLAP cubes and tabular models using SSAS .Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions.Perform data validation , performance tuning , and ensure process optimization .Integrate MSBI components with Power BI for unified reporting and analytics.Technical Skills Required:6–7 years of experience in Microsoft BI development .Proficiency in SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS (approx. 50% focus).Hands-on experience with Power BI (approx. 30% focus).Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.Good understanding of data warehousing and ETL design principles .Exposure to Azure Data Services or cloud-based BI environments (preferred).Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period will be prioritized.
