The Role
The Technical Lead will oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering quality frameworks that solve business problems. Key responsibilities include:
Creating benchmark code and reference projects to benefit other teamsProviding technical guidance and mentorship to team membersManaging project timelines, resources, and deliverablesTranslating high-level designs into low-level implementationsEnsuring code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices
Technical Requirements
Expert proficiency in Core Java, Java Microservices, and Spring BootExtensive experience with Hibernate or other ORM technologiesStrong skills in designing RESTful services (both producer and consumer types)Mastery of unit testing and code quality toolsProficiency in working with AWS cloud servicesHands-on experience with NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with Agile development processes (Scrum)
Leadership and Project Management Skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsStrong project management skills, including resource allocation and timeline managementExcellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearlyStrategic thinking to align technical solutions with product strategy and customer needsExperience in mentoring and developing team members
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of cloud security methodologies and experience with development tools like JIRA, experience working in a start up environment with US Companies.
