Basic qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 211) preferred.Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus.Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is desirable.
