About Business Unit: ETB2B
ETB2B was started 6 years back as an intrapreneurial venture where the idea was to go deeper within the different industries ETB2B runs specialized B2B media portals & communities covering news, opinion, analysis etc. These niche portals are either based on industry ( like auto, telecom etc) or function ( CIO, CFO etc). Position: Delegate Acquisition, ETCIO International
Location: Bengaluru
Key responsibilities includes:
1. Delegate Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire delegates for events, conferences, summits, and webinars for the SEA region.
- Identify target audience segments (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, etc.) based on the event’s theme and goals.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities to adjust acquisition tactics accordingly.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Use various strategies to identify and generate leads in the SEA region.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential delegates through direct outreach, referrals, and digital platforms.
3. Database Management
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of qualified delegates.
- Ensure the accuracy of contact details and demographics in the CRM for targeted campaigns.
4. Outbound Communication
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential delegates and convert leads into event attendees.
- Craft personalized messaging for different types of outreach (invites, reminders, confirmations).
5. Event Support & Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and logistical aspects of delegate participation, including registration, confirmation, and follow-up processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing delegate queries and ensuring a smooth experience from registration to event attendance.
6. Regional Expertise
- Stay updated on regional industry trends in Southeast Asia to enhance delegate targeting and acquisition strategies.
- Develop an understanding of the key players, sectors, and emerging technologies in the SEA region relevant to the events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in delegate acquisition for B2B international conferences
- Good community connects within the B2B industry across sectors
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
