About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in IT services to join our dynamic marketing team & with exposure to the US region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing innovative marketing programs that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and nurture leads. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Event Planning & Execution:


  • Develop, plan, and execute impactful marketing events, including roundtables, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-ups to drive attendee engagement and lead generation.


2. Partner Marketing:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to create and execute co-branded marketing campaigns.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, marketing assets, and campaigns to maximize partner contributions to pipeline growth.


3. Demand Generation Campaigns:


  • Design and implement end-to-end demand generation campaigns focused on acquiring, engaging, and converting prospects.
  • Oversee the creation of targeted campaigns, leveraging email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing strategies to drive lead generation and nurturing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics.


4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): *(Preferred but not mandatory)*


  • Collaborate with sales teams to design personalized ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.
  • Implement targeted marketing efforts to accelerate account engagement and conversions.


5. Lead Nurturing:


  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Create relevant content and campaigns to maintain engagement with prospects and drive conversions.


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with content, design, and digital marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and assets.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in IT services.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing events such as roundtables, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Strong experience in partner marketing, demand generation, lead generation, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
