WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create new and maintain existing workflows and automations in Zoho Suite (Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Analytics, and Zoho Email) Integrate Zoho with Kibo’s Salesforce instance to sync account data Establish new integration with Looker to export all our case data into our Looker instance Conduct Zoho cleanup and creation of defined roles and permissions for existing users Assist in build out of reporting and dashboards in advanced analytics Implement feature to expose billed hours and hour tracking in Projects to clients through portal Explore opportunities to tie hour tracking into into Support cases Offer general guidance on best practices and how to better leverage Zoho Skills & Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Experience as a Zoho Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including administration, customization, and configuration for Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Analytics, and Zoho Email Proficiency in Salesforce integration and Looker analytics platform Strong understanding of user roles and permissions setup Familiarity with API integrations and web services Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance on platform best practices Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity and security Proven experience in workflow management and automation implementation Knowledge of support ticket systems and project management
