Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO ExecutiveLocation: Hazratganj,LucknowEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to manage online marketing strategies and improve the digital presence of our stock broking business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO and ASO to drive online visibility, social media marketing, content creation, and financial market trends.---Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Website ManagementPerform keyword research relevant to stock markets, trading, and investment services.Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for higher search rankings.Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, including backlinks, directory submissions, and technical SEO.Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to improve traffic and performance.2. Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to generate quality leads.Create and manage marketing funnels for Demat account opening and trading services.Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.Coordinate with sales teams for lead nurturing and follow-up processes.3. Content & Social Media MarketingDevelop content strategies for blogs, emailers, social posts, and ad creatives.Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with market-related updates, promotions, and educational posts.Create engaging content around stock market news, trading tips, and product offerings.Monitor app reviews, ratings, and work with teams to resolve user issues.4. Branding & Online PresenceImprove brand visibility across digital platforms.Manage online reputation through reviews, ratings, and customer engagement.Conduct competitor research for both website and app to identify growth opportunities.Track and analyze website traffic, keyword ranking, app installs, impressions, and conversions.Manage website content updates, blogs, and landing pages related to stock market, trading & investing.Improve user acquisition funnel for demat account opening through SEO & ASO strategies.Coordinate with design and tech teams for creative, updates, and performance improivements.---Required SkillsStrong knowledge of digital marketing,SEO, and ASO tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.Strong knowledge of google analytics, search console, app store & Play store console.Experience in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.Good understanding of stock market products (equity, F&O, mutual funds, trading platforms).Ability to create content related to finance and investments.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.---QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.2–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing/SEO (preferably in stock broking or financial services).Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO, ASO is an added advantage.---SalaryAs per industry standards, based on experience.
