We are looking for a B2B Content Marketing Lead who has a strong background from content marketing agency or publishers where your customer portfolio includes enterprise brands who provide services and products related to Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain etc. across diverse industries such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Agriculture, Media & Communications, etc. The role will involve you individually working in the pre-sales function of the organisation in which you will enable the India and USA sales team to perfectly capture the customer brief, do a strong research and analysis as the brief demands, put together a robust content marketing strategy as per the customer brief, present to the customer and enable the sales team towards closure. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people, understands our technical vision, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Roles and Responsibilities: Apply deep curiosity to build an understanding of the market, target audiences and customer offerings in different industries to help create the most compelling content strategy. Strong research capabilities to understand your customer’s competition, extract and gather insights on different industries, and loop back this insight in your strategy deck to fine-tune the content-led marketing strategy. Ability to bring an outside-in perspective through a deep understanding of the customer’s business product/service and industry they are catering to In-depth knowledge and expertise in demand generation funnel strategy linked to content Work closely with the sales team to enable them capture briefs for customers in the Indian and US market Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and curiosity about new technologies and trends Build stories, concepts, campaign ideas, and marketing themes for the brands as per the brief Consult the brands in virtual or face-to-face meetings through the content strategy developed by you Solid understanding of optimal multi-channel approach along the entire customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, media, and content. Requirements Experience in a content role from a relevant agency or B2B brands Have dealt with multiple levels of senior management on the customer side Knowledge of media planning, distribution, measurement, optimization, and syndication. Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, test potential solutions, and synthesize insights into recommendations for messaging, brand, and content strategy. Office hours will be 12 noon to 9 pm for the India and USA market Professional Experience and Education Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in a content agency or related industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Major experience in agencies or publishers. Consulting experience is an added advantage Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is preferred. Skills Required to be Successful: Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, driving ideas from concept to execution. Must excel at problem-solving and have a strong decision-making capability. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling narratives for internal and external audiences. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and qualitative research and turn them into actionable strategies. Teamwork and Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships across the organization. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. Customer Focus: Deep customer empathy and ability to identify and prioritize customer needs. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and influence team members and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
