Role Description: PreSales Lead

Wybe Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated PreSales Lead to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, showcasing the value of our HCM solutions, and driving our sales efforts. Your role will involve direct interaction with potential clients, ensuring they fully understand the potential of our solutions to address their needs.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Prospecting and Customer Engagement: Establish meaningful connections with prospects, using a personalized and consultative approach to engage and understand their specific needs.
  • Customer Demos: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to address client challenges, ensuring clear communication of our solution’s value proposition.
  • Solution Consulting: Work closely with clients to analyze their HR and workforce management challenges and recommend appropriate solutions from our suite of products.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in preparing well-structured, persuasive proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
  • Customer-Facing Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales process, delivering excellent customer service, building rapport, and ensuring customer delight.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, and technical departments—to create a seamless pre-sales experience and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation.
  • Knowledge of HCM Systems: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HCM systems to answer client queries, offer insights, and position our offerings effectively.


Qualifications

- HCM Expertise: Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and their applications in modern business environments.

- Pre-sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in a pre-sales or solution consulting role, ideally within the HCM or HR Tech space.

- Outstanding Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.

- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition, with an ability to confidently approach and engage with potential clients.

- Client-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of client needs and a talent for delivering solutions that address their specific challenges.

- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HCM platforms such as Darwin Box, Keka, Adrenalin, or similar solutions.

- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of self-organization and time management.
