The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, to expand our service reach. This role requires a strategic approach to market analysis, client acquisition, and solution-based selling, focusing on identifying talent issues and offering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across various verticals and develop strategies to capture these markets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across various verticals, understand their talent needs and present solutions.
- Presentation: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
- Identifying Challenges and Providing Solutions: Actively listen to clients to understand their challenges, especially around talent and workforce issues, and propose targeted solutions to address these concerns.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding our client portfolio and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across multiple functions to deliver customized solutions and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field within the professional services industry
- Skills:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in pitching, presenting, and handling client engagements.
- Ability to identify and address talent issues, presenting value-driven solutions.
- Global Perspective: Based in India with experience or capacity to operate in international markets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across multiple functions to achieve client and company objectives.
