Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in Aluminum and UPVC windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of business Development experience, with a strong focus on client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals in the construction, real estate, or related sectors. This role requires regular travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to prospect potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and property developers.
Identify and generate new leads for Aluminum & UPVC windows and doors in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Present product information, demonstrations, and benefits to customers, highlighting the advantages of UPVC solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals in alignment with company policies and goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and installation to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management on performance and pipeline.
Key Requirements:
9+ years of field sales experience in UPVC windows and doors or related construction materials.
Strong knowledge of UPVC & Aluminum products, their advantages, and installation processes.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with traveling within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend site visits.
Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software to track sales leads and manage customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving customer needs and securing sales.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
Certifications in Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.
