GM - Agronomy & Outgrowing

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic agronomist/outgrower who finds farmers/land, helps farmers to manage crop planting and implementing efficient farming practices and improving crop efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges8-10 years experience in agronomy/irrigationStrong understanding of agricultureLikes to travelHigh ownership levelsExperience growing tomatoes, beans, corn, avocados and chilis

Roles/Responsibilities:Source farmers across regions on IndiaDevelop seedsImprove crop efficienciesEngaging in field visits for crop assessment and providing expert guidance to contract farmersAnalyse samples to detect and address nutritional deficiencies, diseases, and other anomaliesFacilitate in plant sourcing, testing, and selection processes.Make precise planting schedules, irrigation plans, budgets, and timelines to optimize productivity

Required skills and qualifications:· 8-10 of experience in working as an agronomist/irrigation systems sales

Salary:Upto 18 LPA depending on experience.
