Combining intuitive products with a customer-centric approach and a wide selection of flights, hotels and buses, Cleartrip brings a unique selling point to the market, offering its customers convenience, choice, and competitive prices.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced brand marketing manager (with core competency in brand copywriting / product copywriting / UX writing) to support us in launching and positioning Cleartrip’s products in the market. Reporting into the Head Of Platform, you will be working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and delivering business results. This role demands high accountability, a self-motivated attitude, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Use insights to define and refine Cleartrip’s product positioningMessaging & Positioning: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with customers. Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to create impactful UX copy that enhances user experience across the app, website, and other touchpoints.Go-to-Market Strategy: Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features.Collaborate with product, platform and brand teams to ensure alignment across functionsCustomer Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies to nurture and retain customers, driving lifetime value.Monitor product usage and engagement, providing feedback to the product team for improvements.

The Ideal Candidate Has:Hands-on experience in UX copywriting, with a strong understanding of how copy influences user experience and product usabilityProven experience in product marketing preferably in travel, e-commerce, or tech industriesCustomer-first thinking with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and behaviourStrong sense of ownership and accountability with a track record of independently driving projects to successSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsCreative problem-solver with a growth mindset.
