RESPONSIBILITIES: ·

Lead and mentor our existing team of skilled testing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to empower their growth and optimize overall team performance. ·

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the testing lifecycle. ·

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: ·

Proficiency in software Testing and tools to facilitate to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions. ·

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities. ·

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve testing objectives. ·

Excellent understanding of various types of testing, such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and security testing.
