It is a new-age start-up, leading the EV movement in India, by setting up chargers across the country. Statiq was named as the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator , a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and providing proactive support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our products to identify opportunities for improvement and additional value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal and expansion efforts.
Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
