. As a Senior AR Caller, you will be responsible for performing analysis of accounts receivable data, understanding reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons. Your responsibilities include using appropriate codes to document reasons for denials/underpayments, providing accurate product/service information to customers, researching available documentation such as authorization, nursing notes, and medical records, and interpreting explanation of benefits prior to calls.
Experience: 4 to 7 years in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare customers. PREFER EXP IN HOME HEALTH CARE BILLING
Salary: Competitive and based on experience. Shifts: Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM/6:30 PM – 3:30 AM/8 PM – 5 AM) with fixed weekends off. Location: Gurgaon MG Road
