Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a solid background in delivery, consulting, and pre-sales. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in IT Services and an ability to provide high-level solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Solutioning : Lead solution design with an emphasis on delivery models and engagement types, including AMS, IMS, BPO, transformation programs, and application rationalization programs.
Customer Engagement : Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders, including CXOs, to drive discussions on solutions and strategic needs.
IT Services Expertise : Bring a deep understanding of IT service domains, with specific experience in either Banking, Manufacturing, or Insurance .
Commercials : Develop and analyze various commercial models tailored to customer proposals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer objectives.
Collaboration & Communication : Exhibit strong communication skills as a confident speaker and team player, readily contributing to cross-functional projects.
Essential Requirements:
Experience :
12+ years in IT services, with at least 3-5 years in pre-sales.
Significant experience in a reputed MNC/IT Service organization .
Technical & Domain Skills :
Proven experience in high-level solutioning, with a deeper specialization in one of the following: AMS, IMS, BPO, or transformation programs.
Domain expertise in Banking, Manufacturing, or Insurance .
Commercial Acumen : Knowledge of commercial models in IT services, ability to develop proposals, and analyze pricing strategies.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
A team player who is quick to network, adaptable to challenges, and willing to take a hands-on approach.
