Key Responsibilities:- Domain Related:Assist global Credit Analyst(s) in cash flow analysis for Structured Finance securitiesPrepare cash-flow Model for structured finance deals RMBS, across EMEA and US regions) using proprietary platforms (IMAKE, Cashflow Evaluator, Intex) and ensure the correctness of the cash flow outputCash-flow Modelling involves:Analyzing, comprehending, and interpreting transaction documents such as Offering Circular, Indenture, Term-sheet etc., to understand the structure and features of the dealsRetrieve appropriate data (Asset and Liability level) to prepare cash-flow model set up filesScripting payment waterfalls and related conditions as per the deal covenants using pre-built functions in the scripting tools to generate the required cash-flow outputTesting the Cash-flow model through scenario analysis to comply all the requirement of legal document and the Asset Specific Cash-Flow CriteriaWork on resolving Queries w.r.t Cash-flow model outputs used for ratings processModel maintenance involves regular testing and validation of models based on the most recent investor reports, statements published by issuers, servicers and revising the model to be in sync with expected outcomeStay abreast with the latest developments in the structured finance market and understand / be able to comment on their potential impactSupport Global Credit Analyst(s) in analyzing the performance of a portfolio of Structured Finance transactions for any credit event Process Adherence:Focus on quality review and add analytical inputs to processes as and when neededCreate and maintain base level training material, process manuals and related documentation to ensure smooth execution of tasksAdopt the defined processes in day-to-day execution of assignmentsIdentify process improvement avenues that leads to value addition to workEnsure gained knowledge is retained and documented through operating manualsWork with other teams and suggest methods to improve efficiency of the existing process7. Strictly practice and follow all compliance, confidentiality and information security policies and procedures and related guidelines of the organizationClient Management / Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with onshore Analyst and respective stakeholdersSet expectations with clients for the routine tasks (viz., scope of work, timelines, etc.) People Development:Provide mentoring / training to junior members of the teamImplement team-level initiatives (co-curricular activities)Familiarize new recruits to the team and organizationExpected Candidate Profile: -Understanding of Fixed Income AND/OR Structured Finance / Securitization conceptsExcellent oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude with qualities of a team player and Solution orientedAbility to take ownership and execute tasks independentlyAbility to deal with pressure and open to new ideas and initiativesAbility to build client relations and take a view based on client guidanceEssential Qualification: -Two years full-time MBA (Finance) OR EquivalentPreferred Qualification: -Two years full-time MBA/PGDM (Finance) OR Equivalent degree in Quantitative Finance OR (CFA / FRM) with 3-5 years of work experience in Structured finance (ABS / RMBS / CLOs).
