Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ·Lead Conversion Rate ·Daily/Weekly Call Volume ·Revenue Generated per Executive discipline 1 3 years of Inside Tele Customer Engagement roles eCommerce or retail experience preferred Strong verbal skills in English regional languages Ability to handle objections convert interest into sales effectively nbsp Comfort with CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms p span no-style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial Nova",sans-serif"> Target-oriented mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
