About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional, with experience in Health & Wellness Industry , to lead our Human Resources department. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Noida, Sector 65. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions and manage a team of HR professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the HR department
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes for all departments
  • Manage payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate compensation
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure day-to-day HR administration runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, ESIC, EPFO and other regulations
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, hiring additional talent as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee relations
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of HRMS and CMS software such as Zoho Payroll, KEKA or other such tools
  • Experience in hiring for non-IT related positions
  • Background in recruiting for the health and wellness industry


Prefered Qualification

  • Experience in working in Ayurveda, Panchkama, Yoga, or Naturopaty related Industry/Company
