Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues and ensure product safety and reliability. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other quality improvement initiatives. Monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to quality assurance team members and other relevant stakeholders to enhance their skills and capabilities in quality management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, sales, and customer service, to address quality-related issues and drive quality improvement initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize regulatory risks. Liaise with regulatory authorities as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management roles, with significant experience in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO standards and quality management systems.
