Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹7,500 per month


Mediachondria Digital is looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic digital marketing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Google, Facebook, and Instagram channels for performance marketing.
  • Support campaign setup, execution, and optimization to improve performance metrics like ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest online marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative campaign ideas.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
