The role focuses on shaping and scaling domain-specific Agentic AI products that redefine enterprise transformation across insurance services.Key Responsibilities- Lead solution design by understanding client challenges, defining value propositions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.- Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution for L&A policy administration and transformation initiatives.- Guide conversations on policy conversions and automation in contact centers or mailroom operations.- Define and communicate product vision and success metrics aligned with business goals.- Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure high-impact product launches.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to guide roadmap priorities.- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring adoption and customer satisfaction.- Represent the product at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.Required Experience & Skills- Proven leadership in managing client relationships and transformation projects within Life & Annuities in the US, UK, or Australia.- Strong understanding of L&A policy admin systems, industry regulations, and offshoring models.- Hands-on experience in automation, AI integration, or contact center modernization.- Background in enterprise SaaS platforms (finance automation, insurance, P2P, or similar).- Strong product management expertise, strategic execution, and analytical decision-making.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
