Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

As a Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing various clerical tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and coordination within the organization.


  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing documents.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the employer, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
  • This position requires occasional travel.
