We're seeking a seasoned SAP B1 Functional Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing successful business solutions for our clients

Responsibilities :

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and processes.

- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to capture detailed requirements for SAP B1 implementation.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS)

Implementation & Support :

- Design and configure SAP B1 modules (Financials, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, etc.) to meet client-specific needs.

- Manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial setup to user training and go-live.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users throughout the project, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues.

- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Data Migration & Reporting :

- Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer to SAP B1.

- Prepare opening balances and assist with data cleansing activities.

- Design and develop custom Crystal Reports to generate insightful business intelligence reports for clients.

Documentation & Change Management :

- Document system configurations, customizations, and user workflows for future reference.

- Manage change requests effectively, ensuring all modifications are properly documented and tested.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system functions as designed.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of experience as an SAP B1 Functional Consultant or a related role.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP B1 solutions for clients in various industries.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 functionalities across core modules (Financials, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, etc.

- Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in data analysis and migration techniques.

- Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus.

- Experience with Crystal Report development is a strong advantage.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
