The service coordinator has to do all administrative work in the Service department of Rotork India and support both the Service and Sector Sales teams in organizing warranty spares through coordination with the Operations team and other product factories outside Rotork India. Tracking NCR approvals, MTMS / ERP handling of warranty spares, preparing MIS of RSS Utilization, and maintaining of RSS Workshop at Chennai are his primary responsibilities. He will also attend Service calls at the Chennai location (30% productivity maximum) as and when the service team requires support.
Qualifications
Qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is mandatory for this position. Either Diploma or Bachelors Degree are required.
