Key Responsibilities
Training Program Management:
Manage and coordinate specialized training programs such as NCLEX, CBT, OSCI, IELTS, and NVQ , ensuring healthcare professionals are fully prepared for international certifications. Work with trainers to deliver high-quality, up-to-date content, providing ongoing support to maximize candidate success.
Design and manage training schedules (rota) for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied HealthTech professionals.
Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with international standards and client requirements.
Monitor the quality of training sessions and collect feedback from candidates.
Trainer Onboarding and Management:
Identify and onboard freelance trainers, including negotiations and signing contracts.
Ensure all trainers sign Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and comply with terms.
Maintain daily communication with trainers to address concerns and ensure smooth session delivery.
Candidate Coordination:
Communicate with candidates regarding training schedules, requirements, and session updates.
Address candidate queries, ensure timely payment follow-ups, and resolve any issues related to training.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data.
Coordinate logistics for training materials and resources.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment of training with recruitment objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly evaluate training programs for effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with candidates and trainers to foster a positive training environment.
What We’re Looking For
· Education : Bachelor’s degree / MBA,
· Proven experience in designing, managing, and coordinating training programs such as NCLEX, CBT, OSCI, IELTS , and NVQ for healthcare professionals.
· Experience : 5+ years in training coordination or management, preferably in healthcare or recruitment sectors.
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using scheduling tools and CRM platforms.
· Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
