Scope for this Role:

Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;

7-12 yrs. of IT experience with significant exposure to Telco Industry Practices, Products & Services;

Proven experience in a customer-focused techno-functional role.

Significant exposure in delivering multiple Telco Digital Transformations as a BA or SA.

Hands-on experience on various COTS or open source products & technologies primarily around BSS domain.

Proven experience in Requirements mgmt. and Solution Design.

Expertise in authoring various Solution Design, Integration & Data Model artefacts.


Skills and experience required for this role


7+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst working on requirement analysis, design, development/customization and testing of complex technology solutions in Telecom Domain covering BSS.


Must have:


Having experience in analyzing the internal & external integration points and design, IA analysis

Understanding of RESTful web services, Single Page Application deployment, and Micro services based architecture.

Understands Product catalog modeling, Order Entry, Customer Management, Billing Interface, Asset Management, contacts, role matrix.

Understanding of shopping basket /cart management

Promotion & discount configuration & management, contract management in a standard ecommerce flow.

Understanding representation of customer’s product line details, usage, resign journey, invoice presentation, Adjustments /ETF in self-care Portal.

API (REST/json) analysis and design.

Functional Understanding on

Authentication & authorization techniques using OAUTH protocol & Single Sign On techniques


Experience in working with TMF Open APIs, especially:

TMF629 (Customer Management)

TMF632 (Party Management)

TMF669 (Party Role Management)

TMF663 (Shopping Cart Management)

TMF 648 (Quote Management),

TMF620 (Product Catalog Management)

TMF 622 (product ordering Management)

TMF723 (Policy Management)


Good to have:

Basic Knowledge of web technologies

Knowledge in Omni-channel, Multi-channel flow.

Marketing Catalog integration
