Senior Associate Content Writer.
In this pivotal position, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in creating, managing and maintaining high quality content to achieve our business goals, attract the right stakeholders and elevate the company's brand presence, reputation, and market standing within the dynamic space industry. As a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Bangalore, this role demands anin-depth comprehension of the intricacies of the space sector. The ideal candidate will possessexceptional writing, communication skills and a proven track record in crafting and executing successful content, communication and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
--Develop, write and edit engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, socialmedia, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials--Conduct thorough research to understand the industrial landscape, emerging trends, keystakeholder personas, competitor landscape to curate targeted content to generate interest andto stay ahead of any threat to our brand position--Develop engaging stories and narratives that showcase Bellatrix Aerospace's unique valueproposition, product differentiation, and cutting-edge innovations.--Tailor content to resonate with target customers and stakeholders, emphasizing the benefits andvalue Bellatrix Aerospace brings to their specific needs and challenges--Ensure all content aligns with Bellatrix Aerospace’s brand voice, style and messaging--Strategize, create, manage and update the content calendar that aligns with the businessobjectives and to ensure timely publication--Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to thewebsite. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize and refinecontent strategies--Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, strategy and product development,to gather insights and information for content creation--Engage with external stakeholders, including industry experts, partners, and media, to enhancecontent relevance and reach--Develop strategies to enhance brand presence and awareness within the space industry andamong target audiences--Coordinate and support the marketing team with the press releases, media pitches, videoproduction, thought leadership initiatives like podcast, interviews, etc. and other PR materials toannounce noteworthy company developments, product launches, partnerships, and significantevents that aligns with brand value, style and messaging-- Plan and organize product launches and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in coordination with internal teams-- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning
Requirements:-- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in content writing and preferably withdeep-tech industry experience_- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to translate complextechnical information into compelling narratives for diverse audiences-- Demonstrated success in content writing from inception to completion-- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics-- Good social media skills, including experience of publishing and monitoring the performance ofposts on social media accounts such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook-- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-- Experience in handling / coordinating graphic design, animation, photography and videography-- Strong team player who can act on own initiative and work independently-- Able to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines and changing priorities whilstmaintaining strong attention to detail and without compromising the quality of the work
