Role: Solutions Engineer (SRE / DevOps)Hiring for:A fast-growing AI-driven reliability engineering startup helping organizations reduce downtime by improving incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure reliability across cloud-native environments.Location:Permanent Remote – IndiaExperience:6+ Years (majority in SRE)Type:Full-timeSalary:40+ LPA (based on fitment)About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedSolutions Engineerto lead high-impact customer deployments across Kubernetes and major cloud platforms. You will work closely with engineering and SRE teams to integrate the product into real customer environments, debug production issues, optimize incident workflows, and ensure seamless onboarding.This role offers a chance to work on a0→1 product journey , shaping scalable cloud-native reliability solutions while working directly with global engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy and integrate the platform into customer environments acrossAWS / GCP / Azure .Work withKubernetes, CI/CD, observability tools, networking, IAM, logs and traces .Debug and resolveproduction issuesin cloud-native distributed systems.Build automation to improve onboarding and integration workflows.Collaborate with customer SRE/DevOps teams to ensure successful adoption.Continuously monitor investigation accuracy and enhance reliability outcomes.
