Business Analyst – Operations & Workforce ManagementDepartment:Information Technology – Enterprise SolutionsReports to:IT Manager, PMOPosition OverviewWe are seeking aBusiness Analystfor a North American Client for Full Time Remote work from India to support and enhance workforce-related operational processes across our chemical manufacturing sites. This role will focus on processes and systems related totime management, employee punch in/punch out, and contractor management . The analyst will play a key role in managing the software solutions that support contractor time and attendance tracking across multiple sites and divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance, labor requirements, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR, Operations, and Site Managers to gather, document, and validate requirements related to time management and contractor oversight.Analyze current workforce management processes and recommend improvements to increase accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Act as thesystem owner and subject matter expertfor contractor time management software, including user support, vendor management, and release testing.Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure system integrations (HR, payroll, site access systems) function smoothly.Lead requirement workshops, develop process documentation, and create functional specifications.Support system upgrades, enhancements, and multi-site rollouts.Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs for workforce and contractor management.Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end-users.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Atleast 5 years of business analyst experience, preferably inmanufacturing or industrial environments .Strong knowledge oftime and attendance systems , workforce scheduling, or contractor management tools.Proven ability to document business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and support software lifecycle management.Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
