Looking for a Dynamic Customer Success Manager for a Legal Tech platform based out of Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Primary Point of Contact for Corporate accounts
2. Promptly respond to Client queries
3. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell
4. Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on client’s needs
5. Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the Product
6. Work with leadership to streamline and improve processes and implement new initiatives for the department
Job Requirements:
1. 3 - 8 years in a Key Account Management, Client Success role in the B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality
2. Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel
