Job Description :

We are looking for an efficient Full Stack Engineer MERN, to be a part of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for smooth functioning of technical operations in this domain.

You will be coordinating with the other team members and clients to understand the business requirements and carrying out the best possible solutions and ensuring the timely delivery of approved solutions.

The role also requires you to analyze the aspects, starting from documentation, design, code, security, and reporting on the same to the reporting manager.

Being the core member of the company you are supposed to have entrepreneurial mind-set and ownership to deliver.

Responsibilities :

Experience of following tech stacks :

- Back End Fast API, MongoDB, PGSQL.

- Front End React (main), ExpressJS, NodeJS.

- Dev ops CI/CD, Jenkins, KuberNets, Linux servers, AWS, Azure, Redis.

- Writing the optimised codes.

- DevOps, Servers, and AI development related work and keeping everything in sync.

- Determining requirements and developing work batches.

- Achieving time lines and project goals, daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time.

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

- Analyzing existing operations and attending training sessions and meetings to discuss and suggest improvements.

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

- Utilize version control systems (e., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.

- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

- Self-motivated and work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.

- Monitor front-end performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.

- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field : B.Tech, BE IT / E&CE, B.Sc. CS, MCA.

- Minimum 2 years of total experience in a similar role (MERN).

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong leadership potential and organizational abilities.

- Excellent English communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

- With a fast-growing, market leader in Marketing and Overseas Education Technology.
