Avigna is hiring SAP GRC Consultant (Process Control & Risk Management)Our SAP Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC Consultant to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations—bringing efficiency to processes through effective management of cost and schedule. If you want to grow and build your foundation on the S/4HANA platform while working across multiple customers, look no further.In alignment with Avigna’s values, we are committed to providing an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.Experience:Minimum 8 years in SAP ECC and S/4HANA GRC Process Control and Risk Management At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Process Controls️ Responsibilities:Design and implement SAP GRC Process Control frameworks at a functional and technical levelCreate master data from scratch including organization views, structure hierarchy, objectives, and regulationsConfigure and manage CSA, CCM, BRF+, and automated/manual controls across key business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)Set up GRC PC/CCM data sources, connectors, and SPRO settingsDevelop and maintain GRC reports (Master Data, Automated Controls, Workflow)Integrate PC/RM with BI/BO and support GRC upgrades (including GRC 12)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed control considerations into broader project goalsImplement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and support risk assessmentsDesign GRC custom screens, workflows, and handle master data assignmentsApply ITIL practices in service design and transitionSupport automation initiatives using RPA toolsContribute to end-to-end SAP GRC implementations across all project phasesQualifications:Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP GRC PC/RMFamiliarity with SOX, GDPR, and other compliance frameworksGRC PC or RM certification preferredExperience with SQL, Hana views, and automation tools is a plusExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWhat We Offer:Mentors to coach and access to attend SAP events and complete SAP latest certificationsAccess to a strong developer community within the company to learn and growCompetitive salary, good work-life balance, along with health and life insurance
