Senior Marketing Manager

Insight Global is partnering with a client to find a Director of Marketing for a direct hire position in Las Vegas, NV. This key role will be instrumental in developing the paid media strategy across leading platforms, crafting engaging email campaigns, and implementing advanced programmatic advertising. The Director will oversee a diverse team of copywriters, media buyers, videographers, and other marketing professionals, including external vendors. From a leadership standpoint, they will mentor and build the marketing team with a focus on KPIs and career development. Collaboration with stakeholders across various business functions is crucial to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. The role emphasizes leading high-converting funnels and successful campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on strategy development, troubleshooting, and achieving KPIs. Additional responsibilities include developing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media strategies to meet business goals efficiently, leveraging data analysis tools for performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making to boost ROI. The company also conducts professional development workshops, where this director will be expected to consult and educate participants during discussions. This dynamic position is ideal for someone experienced in driving rapid growth through effective marketing strategies.

Decrease in CPA: Improved ad creatives will lead to lower customer acquisition costs, a critical factor for scaling the business.
Increase in Revenue & Profitability: Enhanced advertising campaign performance will allow for increased ad spending, driving significant growth in revenue and profitability.
Ad Production Factory: Establish a robust ad production process that delivers exceptional creative content to the media buying team, prioritizing both quality and volume.
High-Converting Funnels: Collaborate with the Director of Sales and CRO Lead to develop and optimize sales funnels for maximum conversion rates.
Broad Visibility: Track all projects and initiatives transparently in Asana to provide clear visibility for senior leadership.
Executive Presence: Achieve high customer satisfaction scores during all roundtable and spotlight discussions, fostering positive word-of-mouth and memorable customer experiences.
Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in Digital Marketing on social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, etc.)- 3-5 years in a Marketing Director role- Experience managing marketing budgets of $1M+ per month- Proven ability to build and lead teams effectively- Background in a SaaS company with a minimum annual spend of $30M- Demonstrated experience in scaling company revenue from $50 million to $150 million through marketing- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools for informed decision-making- Comfortable consulting with customers during professional development workshops- Willingness to work weekends as needed
