Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Summary: Lektik is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in call centers or customer care, with a strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with US-based customers. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and develop relationships with potential customers, qualify leads, and set up appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer care role, preferably interacting with US-based customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed targets. Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales development or a similar role.
