Position: MERN Architect Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ years overall, 3+ years in an Architect role Key Responsibilities Design scalable and secure architectures for MERN stack applications. Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices. Drive observability initiatives (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting). Architect solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (ECS/EKS, RDS, Document DB, S3, etc.). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical designs. Ensure database optimization and scalability with both Mongo DB and Postgre SQL. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers. Define best practices for coding, testing, deployments, and system performance. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Node.js, Mongo DB, Postgre SQL . Deep understanding of Linux environments and system-level debugging. Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS Cloud . Knowledge of observability tools and practices (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch, ELK, Open Telemetry). Hands-on with CI/CD pipeline creation and automation (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.). Strong understanding of microservices and service-based architecture . Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (Ia C). Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
