Job Title: Research Analyst  



Are you passionate about the world of equity markets and financial analysis? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping our APART AI team build cutting edge investment research solutions & strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance investment research automation. 



Key Responsibilities:  


Equity Research & Analysis:   Quantitative & qualitative strategy development & research on Indian & global securities for AI model training & supervision. 


Collaboration with Tech Teams:  Work closely with the tech team to develop and refine quantitative and qualitative models. Contribute to creating automation solutions for communication and reporting processes, ensuring seamless integration of research insights into client deliverables. 


Client Relationship Management:  Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, providing regular updates on investment performance, and addressing their queries with professionalism. 


Data-Driven Strategies:  Analyse complex datasets to generate research reports and recommendations, ensuring that all findings are backed by robust quantitative and qualitative analysis. 


Industry Monitoring:  Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to enhance the quality of research and client advisory. 

 


Requirements:  


Experience:  Minimum of 3 years in equity research, with a proven track record in investment advisory or wealth management companies and relevant NISM certification


Technical Expertise:  Strong understanding of financial models and their applications. Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams for model-building and automation. 


Client-Centric Approach:  Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and insights tailored to client needs. 


Language Proficiency:  Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. 


Work Environment:  Based in-office at HITEC City, Hyderabad, ensuring close collaboration with teams and clients.

Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹55,000
